Every Tuesday we feature 4 grilled cheese sandwiches in our downstairs cafe: 

• Brie, foie gras & shallot marmalade 
• Cheddar, house-made meatloaf, ketchup aioli, grilled onions 
• Fontanel & Parmesan, pesto, cured tomatoes 
• Comte, Gorgonzola, Caramelized Shallots, Apple-wood smoked bacon
